Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, monitor settings, natural materials, production batches, and other factors.

Natural wood products will vary in grain, coloration, knots, mineral streaks, figure, and other characteristics. These variations are part of the material and are not generally considered manufacturing defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products, change packaging, or refuse orders when appropriate.

Handmade Products

Many Vulpes Supply House products are handmade or produced in small batches.

Minor variation between individual products is expected.

Measurements listed for handmade products may be approximate.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

The price displayed when an order is submitted is the price applicable to that purchase unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order resulting from an obvious pricing mistake, technical malfunction, fraud concern, inventory error, or other material error.

Orders

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, resale abuse, inventory problems, payment issues, pricing errors, or legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for following provided product directions, warnings, care instructions, and recommended uses.

Wood cutting boards require proper cleaning, drying, oiling, maintenance, and storage.

Failure to properly maintain a natural wood product may cause warping, cracking, splitting, staining, drying, or other damage.

Products should not be used for purposes for which they were not designed.

Cleaning, cosmetic, household, food, personal-care, oil, wax, balm, and similar products should be used only as directed.

Keep products away from children and pets when appropriate.

Food and Allergy Considerations

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual needs.

Individuals with known allergies or sensitivities should not use or consume products containing ingredients to which they may react.

Product statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
